Every engagement is personal. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Our fees cover the concierge service. Gift costs, sales tax, shipping, insurance, custom packaging, special handling fees and third-party service expenses are billed separately at cost.
Year-Round Memberships
Ongoing gifting for the people in your life. We map your relationships and occasions, plan ahead, source and send each gift, and meet with you every quarter to look back at how gifts landed and look ahead to what's coming. Memberships run for a 12-month term and renew automatically each year. Pay annually or quarterly.

Personal Membership — $3,000 per quarter, or $12,000 per year
For one person managing their own circle.
- Up to 10 core relationships
- Up to 2 support staff (assistants, house staff and the like)
- Up to 2 complimentary junior relationships (12 and under; they become core relationships at 13)
- 4 one-off occasions per year (weddings, showers, graduations, housewarmings)
Couple Membership — $4,000 per quarter, or $16,000 per year
For partners gifting together and individually.
- Up to 14 core relationships
- Up to 5 support staff
- Up to 2 complimentary junior relationships (12 and under; they become core relationships at 13)
- 6 one-off occasions per year
- Gifting between partners
CEO Membership — $6,000 per quarter, or $24,000 per year
For executives balancing personal and professional relationships.
- Up to 10 personal and 10 business relationships
- Up to 5 support staff
- Up to 3 complimentary junior relationships (12 and under; they become core relationships at 13)
- 10 one-off occasions per year
- Priority service
- Swap out up to 5 business contacts per year

Initial Relationship Strategy & Onboarding Session
A one-time working session, held when you begin a membership, where we map the people you gift for, their occasions and preferences, and set your gifting plan and budget. Due upon signing and non-refundable once onboarding begins.

Holiday Concierge
Personalized planning, sourcing, coordination and delivery for your holiday gifting, so you can enjoy the season while we handle the details.
Every package includes a holiday planning session, recipient review, budget planning, gift recommendations, gift sourcing and procurement, purchasing coordination, delivery tracking, gift note coordination, a holiday gift archive, and a post-holiday recap session.
Holiday Concierge I — $2,500 · up to 10 gift recipients · one-hour planning session
Holiday Concierge II — $4,500 · up to 20 gift recipients · 1.5-hour planning session
Holiday Concierge III — $7,500 · up to 35 gift recipients · 2-hour planning session
Pricing assumes one primary holiday gift per recipient. Multiple gifts per recipient, large corporate distributions, extensive custom packaging or event gifting may require a custom proposal.
Member benefit: active members receive 15% off Holiday Concierge packages.
Upgrade credit: Holiday Concierge clients who begin a year-round membership within 90 days receive a credit toward their Initial Relationship Strategy & Onboarding Session — $500 (Holiday Concierge I), $750 (II) or $1,000 (III).
